Creative Cloud Bulk Unlicensed itself
Hi All,
We have multiple clients with creative cloud accounts licensed from 2 separate portals, It appears that multiple clients are now reporting they are not licensed despite still having a license assigned to them in the portal.
We have this occuring on both Mac and Windows clients, and both device and user based licenses.
Has anyone else experienced this? Everything was working ok until lat yesterday (11/05/2017) and early today.
