Creative Cloud Desktop App is not showing the 8.2 update for Premiere Pro CC 2014

Creative Cloud Desktop App is not showing the 8.2 update for Premiere Pro CC 2014.

- I've tried Uninstalling Premiere Pro.

- I've tried running the direct download"Adobe Premiere Pro 2014.2.0 Update for CC 2014" with no success on installation. I Get the Message "Update Failed"

- I've also tried using an Installer, created using CC Packager, with no success. Get the following error.
