Creative Cloud desktop apps for education install issues.

We purchased Creative Cloud desktop apps (EEA 1.5 License Subscription) - K-12 Single School Full Time Equivalent for Tier 20 - 69 (12 Month) and are struggling with getting it installed on teacher and student computers.  Please help!

    Hello Jill,

    I believe, you are provided with a serial key starting with 1591 for Adobe creative cloud applications which you purchased. You would need to create a package using Adobe creative cloud packager. Here is the article : https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/packager.html

    Our problem is getting it on user machines once we have the "build" files

    created. Once Adobe CC is installed the options for downloading are all

    trial versions instead of purchased versions.
