My customer just buy the Education license and create the install package from Adobe Creative Cloud Packager to install as the device license on computer in lab already but when they sign in to the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App it still show as "Try" on the app that already installed then I have the question how to make the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App show the installed App as "Open" or "Up to date"

And the application that install from the Packager can open with full function license

    Hi,

The Adobe ID is used for named user deployment and not for Device licenses. When you sign in with your Adobe ID it is checking the entitlement against that ID and finding none. The device license licenses the machine and not the user. I would recommend not to sign in with an Adobe ID when using a device license.

Some of the titles then demand that the user login to adobe to begin their TRIAL period....on a machine with an active device license -  and no one seems to have the solution for this.
