Creative Cloud docs showing up in team members' trash

I've been sharing folders with my designers, who all work remotely (in InDesign, InCopy and Photoshop), and every so often, all of the files in our shared folder—every jpeg, psd, indd, icma, etc —show up in a team member's trash or on their local system—even files they've never worked on. (They suck up all the memory of their laptops too, crashing their computers.) If ever they empty trash, the files get deleted from our shared cloud and we lose everything. Anyone know how to solve? This has happened maybe once a year, and to different team members each time.

Is this a Team account?  If so, I can move this question to the Team support forum for you.

I think you need to ask in the Enterprise forum - start at https://community.adobe.com/
