Creative cloud dont pop out everytime i open Photoshop

Dear Technical Support,

I have renewed our Subscription with new card as payment for an annual year Photoshop Activation with order no:  9985525305 but everytime i open photoshop the Creative cloud activation hungs and dont open anymore and stays just like the pics below:
