Creative cloud dynamique team setup

Here is my situation,

How when you are a company having a team that can change often, we can setup a efficient work environnement ?
For instance we have 5 desktop in the office, people using it are 3 employees and 2 externals thant can change.

How assigning a licence to a "desktop / corporate workstation" rather than an individual and using ID, IP or Mac Adress to limit acess ?
