creative cloud enterprise fails to install on PC no errors.

I just built two enterprise packages of creative cloud, one for MAC and the other for PC and  include all the apps. The MAC installations are going through 100%, however i am trying to install it on my pc from the build folder, it starts to install bar, and it goes up to 50% and then rolls back and quits with no errors whatsoever.
What am i doing wrong?
I have tried it on numerous pc's.

    Christo,

    I would suggest make sure before launching the install process that there are no conflicting Adobe process is running on the system like Creative Cloud Desktop application, Acrobat update process or Creative Cloud Packager.

    Also make sure that when you run the installer for build the command prompt should be launched as Admin.

    If the issue still persists, please collect the pdap.log from temp location.
