Creative Cloud for Business - new colleague can only access trials?

Hi,

I am a new colleague in a small team where we have Creative Cloud for Teams. We pay £63 a month for the two of us to have access, but only one of us is able to use Photoshop. I have tried to download Photoshop, InDesign etc through my colleague's Adobe account on my company laptop, to no avail - my only options are to have a free trial or to buy it.

Please can you tell me how I can download the programmes onto my laptop, as currently we are paying for team access and only one of us can use it?
