Creative cloud functionality 2024

Hello,
using Adobe account, we are collaborating on the cloud with team members on synced files. Do I understand the information correctly that the ability to work on the cloud on synced files will be disabled and the cloud files will be deleted? Kindly provide me with additional information and clarification on the cloud functionality from 2024.
