Creative cloud is not updating or opening

I opened creative cloud on my desktop and I saw this: 

 

When i clicked the update button, it loaded until this popped up

 

I need to switch to a diffrent profile for work, but i cant get into creative cloud. I tried closing the app and starting it again, i tried canceling and trying again.... nothing works. I know I'm online.

 

What can I do?
