Creative cloud is updating automatically

We are facing an issue with auto update feature which got enabled in creative cloud.app. This issue cause the compatibiltity issue between the other creatve cloud Apps like XD, photoshop etc. Could you please help to hide that setting or disable the auto update for Creative cloud .app for multiple users.

Yes I do have access for Adobe admin console and enterprise subscription license.

Hi Kalvyn,

 

Yes, creative cloud app is automatically getting updated. 

 

We are using JAMF pro for MAC deployment.

@Ranjana23926265do3z the Creative Cloud desktop app is a mandatory update. If users don't have auto-update enabled, they will see a blocking prompt in the Creative Cloud app until they update. This shouldn't break functionality with apps like XD or Photoshop however. Can you share more details on compatibility issues you're encountering? Note that updates of the individual apps are independent of the Creative Cloud desktop app.

are you the admin of a teams or enterprise subscription?
