Creative Cloud Issues, Does Not Load, Cant Update Apps, Cant Reinstall. Crashes

Hi, is there perhaps somethign wrong with CC? I cant seem to do anything on there. It hangs all the time and I cant reinstall it. I want to uninstall it, but then i have to uninstall all my apps and I'm worried it wont work again. Please help.

May I know if you are getting error when opening the app or impacting any other CC apps?

Adeeb, what type of Creative Cloud membership are you using?  There is no membership associated with the e-mail address you used to post to this public discussion forum.

It is an organisational membership, when i enter my email address in, it takes me to another portal where i enter my work credentials in, that signs me in to CC. I've never had this issue before, But i have been working from home for the last month, this started about 2 weeks ago.

first try, resetting the cc app: To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

if that fails, do a clean cc install:

uninstall every cc app including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.
if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 4 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
