Creative Cloud Locks Windows 7 Enterprise Domain
While we have been waiting for Adobe to process our payment for Creative Cloud (a process which has taken, amazingly, 3 weeks and counting), our CC license expired. Now, when we attempt to log in to our Windows 7 Enterprise computers, as soon as the CC app appears, its actions lock us out of the internal Windows Domain. Outlook/Exchange, Windows file server, and corporate intranet. Logging out only exacerbates the problem, as that then requires a call to the internal Help Desk for a account unlock. And then the account lock-out happens all over again when CC attempts to launch on Windows launch.
This is a known bug, which Adobe refuses to acknowledge, because CC was never written with a Windows Domain running behind a firewall in mind. Until Adobe gets its act together and does sufficient UAT, this will plague enterprises and users who rely on Windows Domains, Outlook/Exchange, and corporate intranets.
