Creative Cloud not installed as Enterprise account

I have an enterprise account with Temple Univ. I tried to install creative cloud on my new iMac 27 running Big Sur. When I did so I got a mixed result. At first it appeared that I would be able to install apps without cost as I had done on other computers. After installing photoshop I was given the option to "try" and pay if I wanted to keep it. I thought I made a mistake during installation so I tried several different ways to remove CC to reinstall it. I tried installation on my laptop just as a test and that worked perfectly. I run the logs program which gave:

Make certain you're logging in with your university account - log out of the Creative Cloud desktop application, and when you log back in, make sure to select the second option and log in using your university credentials on their server. Your license is assigned to this enterprise account, not to the personal account with the same address.

Hello,

If the application is installed however it is still showing "try" then I would recommend signing out from the application and log in again selecting the "company or school account" option which might fix your issue.
