Creative Cloud not letting me change accounts

Hello, so I'm trying to install an app via my school account, and previously signed in with my personal account on the Creative Cloud manager. Now it isn't letting me sign out or change to my school account, which in turn doesn't let me install the app. What do I do?

What error message do you get while trying to sign out from the app?

Hello Kanika,

I don't get an error message at all, it just shows a gray button that I can't click
