Creative Cloud package does not install

When trying to run the Windows installer with the creative cloud applications, it installs midway before going back down and removing the desktop app or any of the products. I've tried everything even running as administrator but nothing seems to be working.

I work in IT and have already creative packages and it downloads but I don't know why I'm having such as hard time installing it.
