Creative Cloud package installer rolls back in Windows 10

We have created packages for a Windows 10 box using both the online packager and the CC packager. When we run the installer, it runs for about 1 minute and then rolls back. It also asks to close Windows Explorer before the install get going.

I have tried this with single app packages and multi-app packages .. same result.

Suggestions?

Hi,

The first thing I would check is that your package does not contain any applications that are incompatible with your OS. For example Adobe XD and Adobe Dimension require Windows 10 Creators Update (64-bit) – Version 1703 (build 10.0.15063) or later .Adobe XD System requirements

If the problem persists it would be useful to see the PDApp.log file. Troubleshoot Adobe Creative Cloud install issues with log files
