Question

Creative Cloud Packager

I am attempting to run creative cloud packager for mac.  It just hangs while loading and it just says "please wait for a moment"

    Can you please check if you can see the same behaviour on a different machine ?

    Hi eloya60556238

    Try this.

    1. Restart your Mac.

    2. Download and install the latest version of Creative cloud packager.

         https://ccmdls.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/KCCP/1/osx10/CCPLauncher.dmg

    3. If the above step doe snot work, Navigate to utilities - Adobe Application manager and move it to trash.

    4. Now re-install CCP that was downloaded using link mentioned earlier.

    Please let us know if this works.
