Creative Cloud Packager Error

I'm trying to create packages with CCP and it keeps failing. It states "Please connect to internet and retry". I am connected and it does download several items before it fails.

I have made sure all ports are open and nothing is being blocked. I think there is an issue with Adobe's DNS entries.

My client tries to connect to ffc-crawler.oobesaas.adobe.com which is a CNAME of web-stage.corp.adobe.com. The problem is web-stage.corp.adobe.com doesn't seem to exist. I queried it against Google's DNS servers and other and all return with no result.

Any thoughts?

Hi,

Our engineers report that they have made some changes and they believe the issue is now resolved. If you can confirm we would be grateful.

Please purge the CCP cache first, then restart CCP.
