Creative Cloud Packager never finishes

I am trying to create a package in Windows 10. I get through all the dialogs and it begins to download. However, it never gets to the summary page. The destination directory is empty. I get sent back to the application selection screen.

Anyone have any ideas?

Hi,

Try deleting any cached files in case they are corrupt. Go to the drop down Welcome menu and choose Preferences>Click here to purge cache folder.
