Creative Cloud Packager not creating pkgs

Question

When I try to create a license only install package, CCP finishes and says it created the package successfully.

When I got to the destination, there is no Build directory and no actual pkg file.

The build log says...

[WARN] AdobePackageBuilder - Failed to update the timestamps for Install pkg

I got the same result on two Macs, 10.11.6 & 10.13.3.

Cleared caches and uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe IT Tools.

HelloThe Packager does not create a .pkg file for License file packages. You should find 4 files in the folder that is created:AdobeSerializationhelper.binprov.xmlRemoveVolumeSerialRun RemoveVolumeSerial, then AdobeSerialization, in a Terminal, with administrator rights, to apply the license.
