Creative Cloud Packager - Oops something has gone wrong, Please try again

I keep running into this error when trying to use CCP.  This occurs when attempting to sign in with our Adobe ID and password.  I have tried deleting the opm.db from my AppData folder and relaunching CCP.  I have also uninstalled CCP and reinstalled but am still getting this same issue.  This is really getting to the point where I'm spending more time troubleshooting issues with CCP instead of actually using it.

You may need to rename or delete the entire OOBE folder.

See Error: "Oops something has gone wrong" when you launch Adobe Creative Cloud Packager

We recently updated CCP and it may be that you are running into problems when CCP tries to update itself. These issues might be caused by the update being blocked on a firewall level or by network proxy settings.

Proxy support in Adobe Creative Cloud Products

Or I would try to get a fresh download of CCP from the Enterprise Dashboard/team portal or the licensing website.
