Creative Cloud Packager - Post-Install Update Enabling

Hi,

I have created a package for deployment in our enterprise and did a little mistake while selecting option. I have disabled updates and now users cannot update their products that are installed on their computers. I was wondering if there is a file that is created somewhere on the computer that I could erase to re-enable automatic-updates?

The package is for OSX. I have red this post already but could not find the file on the computer, I guess this does not apply to CC products.

Thank you for you help and time!

Patrick

Hi,

This applies for CC products as well. The file must be present at the path specified in kb article.

Thanks

Hi Saransh,

Thank you for taking time to reply to my post. I looked in both place but I couldn't find the file "AdobeUpdaterAdminPrefs.dat "

Is there any other file that could override default settings and grey out the update option in the software?
