Creative Cloud Packager Retry Error

Hi,

Whenever i try to run the cloud packager, i'm getting to 51% download and every time I get an error saying, "please check internet connection and try again". Trying again doesn't work. Internet is working fine, no errant host files or firewall blocking anywhere. Have tried from multiple locations and get the same result.

Is there a specific CC app causing the issue or just something in general? Been trying for two days now.
