Creative Cloud Packager Stalls at 81%

When I try to create a package through Adobe Creative Cloud Packager, all of my packages stall at either 80% or 81% at the Building... stage. Even if I leave them running for a day or 2 they still will sit at 81%. This has just started happening after installing the most recent version of CCPLauncher (v1.4). Is there some troubleshooting methods that I can try to make my packages complete?

I am also now seeing this problem where it is stalling on "Currently Building" with a percentage of 81%. This is on the Mac platform with the latest available Creative Cloud Packager.

I have 1.12.0 build 27 but I am still seeing this issue, however it only occurs if I attempt to build a package on a VMware macOS virtual machine. It does not happen if I build a package on a physical Mac.
