Creative Cloud Packager stuck

Hello-

I am trying to install creative cloud packager and after I sign in and choose to download it - it gets stuck on "Please Wait for a Moment" and it does not get any further.

I am on MAC - High Sierra V 10.13.2

Hi,

So is it the case that you cannot download Creative Cloud Packager? Where are you downloading from - CCP can be downloaded from the Licensing Website and from the Admin Console.

You may want to check that you are not blocking downloads from Adobe on a firewall level. See Adobe Creative Cloud Network Endpoints

As Keith mentions, it is also worth trying with a different browser, anonymous browsing session or deleting cookies/cache.
