Creative Cloud Plan for Students Issues

Do you have multiple account associated with the same email address? During sign-in, after you enter your email address, are you prompted to choose between a Personal or School or work account? It's possible that you're signed in to an incorrect account.

Can you sign out and then sign-in with the other account and see if the apps come back.
