Creative Cloud Pro subscription paid by me but linked to school account
Hello,
I need advice regarding my Adobe account and subscription.
My Creative Cloud Pro subscription is paid with my personal bank card, and Adobe sends invoices and payment confirmations directly to me.
However, my Adobe account is linked to my school email address and appears under the organization Hyria koulutus Oy.
My studies ended on May 4, 2026, and I will soon lose access to this school email account.
The school IT department has confirmed that they cannot manage this subscription because it is billed directly to me. At the same time, Adobe Support pages identify my account as part of an organization and instruct me to contact the organization administrator.
Another issue is that my Adobe account shows no billing history under the Hyria profile, even though Adobe charges me monthly and sends invoices in my name.
How can I:

Transfer this subscription to a personal email address?

Keep my files, projects, and subscription active after my school email account is closed?

Remove the connection to the school organization if I am the person paying for the subscription?
