Creative Cloud Prompting for Administrator Password

Question

Good Evening,

Ever since the release of Creative Cloud 5.3.1.470, several users within my organization have been constantly getting prompted to enter an administor password when launching this application.

It has also been seen on version 5.2.1.441, but wasn't seen on this version until 5.3.1.470 was released. At first, we assumed that if we simply update all of the users to 5.3.1.470 we would not continue to be prompted. However this has not solved the issue and has resulted in several calls to our help desk regarding the problem.

Hello,We apologize for the experience you are having after the update. It seems that it is already raised with the concerned team and they are working on it. Hopefully, it will be resolved very soon. Meanwhile, if you want, you can create a support case from the admin console to get the status.
