Creative Cloud Same username but different company subscription

Hi, thanks for the reply. We try to ask under same organization but problem
is existing organization already been use for few months and new
organization purchase new license which cannot combine as purchase new
license will be have 12 months. Does Adobe cannot have improvement on how
to add new license in existing organization? --
