Creative Cloud server "ccmdls.adobe.com"

Question

I am attempting to install a packaged version of Adobe Creative Cloud onto a PC which fails to connect to the internet to carry out the installation.

Various urls have been whitelisted by the security and third party teams I work with. They have advised that the issue is with Adobe as they recieve the following error when attempting install:

You don't have permission to access "http://ccmdls.adobe.com/" on this server.

Does anyone know if there currently an issue with the server mentioned at all? The url has been added to a No Auth and No Protocol Detect list.

On the 5th of April, I was able to successfully install Creative Cloud on a laptop by bypassing the proxy entirely so surely this menas that there is a block in place within the proxy my company has in place?

Is anyone able to confirm that the server is fully operational and working as expected please?

Hi,Please refer to the full list of Adobe endpoints which require to be whitelisted at https://helpx.adobe.com/content/dam/help/attachments/Creative_Cloud_for_enterprise_Service_Endpoints.pdf - this includes the endpoint you note.
