Creative Cloud Team Account vs. Individual Licenses

Hi everyone,

Currently, I manage a significant number of individual Adobe accounts that are shared between two devices. Here's how our workflow functions at the moment: each account is used on two devices, and the same program (e.g., InDesign) is often accessed simultaneously. This could be on an iPad and a laptop, or a laptop and a desktop PC, depending on the situation.

As we consider switching to a Team account, I have a few questions:

  1. Will this workflow remain the same with a Team account?
  2. Can I still access two instances of the same software at the same time on different devices?

Could someone please confirm how this would work?

Thank you!

Hi there,

We truly understand your desire to learn more about the Creative Cloud Teams subscription before upgrading. Your curiosity is entirely valid, and we're here to support you.

It seems your current setup may not align with our subscription terms of use. According to our guidelines, "Your subscription lets you activate each of the 20+ Creative Cloud apps across desktop, mobile, and web on up to two devices (or virtual machines) at a time, but you may not use the same app on both devices simultaneously." We encourage you to read our policy here for more clarity: https://adobe.ly/4ghA4KR;

For your convenience, here is a comparison of what is offered in the Individual and Teams plan: https://adobe.ly/4gg4HQF;

For more details, please request a consultation with the sales from the following link.

We sincerely hope this information is helpful to you.

Thank you for the quick response! Could you please provide me with a proper link to the policy and guidelines regarding this matter? The link you provided doesn’t seem to be working on my end.

I appreciate your help!

Best regards
