Is there a way in Admin Portal to monitor the usage of Acrobat Pro license users? Thank you.

Hello,

Unfortunately, there is no option to track if the user is using the license. You can check this link if the devices are managed by the IT to monitor the app usage: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/configmgr/apps/deploy-use/monitor-app-usage-with-software-metering

It's amazing how much Adobe has spent on mitigating the serial key debacle and migrating all of  their customers into a Cloud hosted environment - - - but provide zero tools with which to understand how these products are being utilized.    We stumbled into an understanding of how egregious that over-subscription was when our legacy serial key(s) were terminated by Adobe.    Literally, 25% of our user base did NOT call in to renew their service!   It was a stunning realization.    But look - Adobe is in business to build their revenue - NOT - to enhance user value.     And to all those who say it cant be done or it can only be done with third party tools - - I suggest you take a look at what others in this same space are doing every day.    Just giving me the most recent login date by user is an excellent start.

We do have SCCM metering on the exe but it is not accurate according to what is actually happening. Is there a different way to set it up.
