Creative Clould File syncing error

On Monday (15/08/2022) when I went to open my Adobe XD to work, I realized that the license was expired, I asked the company I work for to adjust the license and the next day it was renewed. However, Creative Cloud could no longer sync with the files shared by my work team, always showing the file sync error. I have since contacted Adobe and 3 operators and 2 technicians have remotely accessed my computer and have not been able to resolve the issue. I was only informed that it was not a problem with the computer or Adobe XD, but with the license registration. I'm still unable to work for a week and no resolution to the case.
