creative suite 5.5 installation file doesn't work

Hi,we downloaded the installation file for Adobe Creative Suite Design standard 5.5 but it doesn't run.We called the assistance but they said that the file is probably broken and suggest us to write here on the forum to get some help.Meanwhile we are trying to download another installation file.we need the file and the program, what should we do?please help us

Hi Mariop12943022,As you have mentioned you would like to download and install Adobe CS5.5, however the installation file is not working.I have reviewed your Adobe ID(email address) you have utilized to post here and found that there is a Adobe Design Standard CS5.5 AOO license registered on it.This means you have a volume license of the product, are you using the following link to download your program: Adobe Worldwide Licensing - ?
