creative suite 5.5. upgrade to version 6

Can I upgrade from CS 5.5. to Cs 6.

bought from a reseller, but I guess not authorised.

If that doesn't work: any advise to UpDate CS 5.5. I'm having trouble with downloading and installing updates für PS, AF, PR
