Credit Request to Admin

I asked the Admin of my cloud for teams membership for extra credits for firefly not knowing it would ask the admin to upgrade the plan / payment model for everyone. I thought you can transfer credits from other team members who ware not using it. Turns out Adobe sends annoying e-mails to our Admin every day.
How can I stop my request ???
This system is not really customer friendly @adobe!

Hi @Julia27043262es0x,

Thank you for reaching out, and we completely understand the confusion. I’m sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

At present, Firefly generative credits are not transferable between team members. When additional credits are requested for an individual, it triggers an upgrade request for the entire team's plan, which may result in automated emails being sent to your admin.

To better assist you, could you please confirm what type of emails your admin is receiving? If it’s related to Products and Services requests, those may be triggering product request notifications.

Your admin can manage the frequency of these notifications by following these steps:

  1. Sign in to the Adobe Admin Console.

  2. Navigate to Products > Product access automation > Product requests.

  3. Click Edit settings.

  4. Under New product request notifications, choose the desired frequency.

  5. Click Save.

For further reference, you can visit the official guide here:

Let us know if you need additional help adjusting these settings or have any other questions. We're happy to assist.

Regards,
^AN

I moved your question to the Enterprise & Teams forum as it is more an Enterprise question than a Firefly one.
