CS 4 uninstall and reinstall?

A new operating system was installed on my MacBook Pro (bought in 2008) and I need help uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe Creative Suite 4 software. The directions in the Adobe support page show a different screen than the one that appears on my computer. Please help asap.

I'm not sure what kind of help you need but you can download the CS4 installers from Download Adobe Creative Suite 4 products
