CS5 Production Premium build into lab base image

Im looking to set up a CS5 PP into one of my computer labs (windows). Can I build the install before deployment or is this something I should do after I have built and deployed the base image.

Please let me know if there is a more appropriate place for this question.

    For imaging workflows you can install the product but should use the APTEE tool to apply the serial using the --stream command.
