There is an issue. the switch to download older versions has been removed for legacy apps. I have lost the ability to install Fireworks CS6 and belive it or not InDesign has vanished!

Thank you for reaching out. I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you’re experiencing with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially after upgrading your hard drive.
Since you have a Teams subscription, ensure that your admin settings are correctly configured. Sometimes, certain apps or versions might be restricted based on admin settings. You may find this guide helpful: Apps Tab Disabled in Adobe Admin Console.

Log into Adobe Creative Cloud Web to check if older versions of the applications are listed and available for installation.

If the apps are missing from CCD, try installing them using pre-generated packages from your Admin Console. Detailed instructions can be found here: Installing Apps via Pre-Generated Packages.

If the issue persists, uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud and related apps using the CC Cleaner Tool to remove residual files before reinstalling.
