CS6 - AAMEE Installation Failure

I am unable to install CS6 using the generated MSI file by AAMEE 3.1, I am running the following command from an administrative PowerShell window

msiexec /i CS6-AutoInstaller.msi /quiet

I have also tried the command above with out the /quiet and it shows the progress bar but it rolls back after a few seconds.

After reviewing the PDApp.log in the %temp% directory the last error is (including a few lines before and after for visibility):

[INFO] PIM-Uninstall - Launching RemoveAAM from: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\RemoveAAM.bin

I can also provide the full log file if necessary.

The computer that I am testing with had CS5.5 Design Standard installed but has been uninstalled and I have cleaned up the temporary and program files directories.

Any ideas?
