cs6 inactive

I downloaded CS6 and after 3 weeks working perfectly, we had 3 days of ADSL problems with no connectivity.  Now the CS6 icon replaced by a folder Adobe illustrator cs6 but the program is not functioning!

    Hi Bernardbuys,

    Can you please share a screen shot of the error message that you get while trying to launch the Adobe Illustrator .

    Hi,

    There were no eroor message. The icon was gone and a folder in its place with no access icon.

    After not getting a response, I downloaded the whole package again.
