Hola. He comprado una licencia Creative Cloud para un estamento oficial (Gobierno) y no me deja administrar la licencia cómo siempre lo he hecho.

Compro la licencia desde mi departamento para poder asignar a un usuario su uso y mis controles de administrador no me parecen en mi consola como antes.

¿Cómo se puede solucionar este problema?

What error are you seeing whenever you try to assign a user a license? Could you please share a screenshot of the error if possible?

Do you buy directly from Adobe or from a reseller? That's information that is to be found in your admin console (account section). You need to buy for the same plan, or a new plan will be opened. You need to sort this out with your reseller and the buyer (department). If the reseller is Adobe, you will have to sort this out with your department (to get the required information) and with Adobe (via the admin console support).

 

My unqualified guess is that the buyer in your department simply bought a new subscription or worse an individual subscription. Your reseller together with Adobe can help you out.
