Deactivate Adobe CS 6 online?

HI, our company bought a volume licensing of Adobe CS 6. Recently, one of our employee quit his job and we would like to deactivate the Adobe software we installed on his laptop. He brought his laptop home and we cannot reach him anymore. How can we deal with this?

Participating Frequently

If you have access to the laptop or if you are able to login to laptop with credentials you can navigate to Help>Deactivate.

If you cannot access the laptop you would not be able to deactivate.
