Deactivate Current Installation and Serialize with executable

Currently we have about 65 windows and 65 mac computers that have CS6 installed. We were unable to obtain a site serial key right away so we were provided with temporary serial numbers from our software provider. We finally have our site serial number and are looking to deavtivate the current serial numbers and activate CS6 with the new serial. I am aware of Serialization Executables using AAMEE. The problem I have is: Is there an easy way to deactivate the current serial numbers or do we have to manually go through and deactivate the computers by hand and then run the Serialization Executables?
