Deactivating ACC on a device

Hello,

I am about to purchase a new computer and am required to use creative cloud as part of my degree. As I have creative cloud currently active on two old computers I need to deactivate creative cloud on one to these devices in order to put it on my new computer. I've tried to find tutorials but none have been helpful. What steps do I need to take to deactivate CC on my old HP laptop?
