Delete my Team License - how?

I have moved all my licenses to a new team that my reseller manage and i now want to delete all the licenses in my old team - how do i do that? I have removed all but the last one, that one i can't delete - get the message "to delete thos license, contact support". And that is what I am doing now 🙂

    @casall_old You can contact the concerned team directly for getting assistance in canceling the old contract/licenses. The number would be available under the Support tab of your admin console.

    this is stupid! you can't delete licenses unless an agent does it.  I was charged an extra 27 licenses and need to delete them but i'm having to wait for the original agent to delete them and he's been incommunicado for the last 2 days
