delete the content of the folder

i have a TSE 2008 with 20 user

i see that for each folder \Documents and Settings\[username]\Local Settings\Application Data\Adobe\Updater6\install i have a package windows

Can you confirm that i can delete it manually,

second question relative

for me this folder is full because at a moment for the user we didn't ckeck out download update ?

Is it possible to modify it by gpo for all the user ona TSE ?
