Hello,

i have the issue that it wont show me the option "Self-Service-Package", so it immediately skips the deplayment methods:

https://helpx.adobe.com/de/enterprise/using/create-nul-packages.html#:~:text=Pakete%20nur%20f%C3%BCr%20Acrobat%20erstellen,Klicken%20Sie%20auf%20Paket%20erstellen.

It looks exactly like the step "Package for Acrobat only", since we have only Acrobat Pro DC licences, i guess we need another licence ?

anyboy know what licences we need in order to get this option?

The available Package Creation options depend on the plan and products that you have. The Self-service package option just includes the Creative Cloud Desktop app, and then users can use it to install the CC apps themselves.  If you can share a screenshot of the available apps in your packaging options, we can try and provide guidance.

I don't have access to an Acrobat-only plan right now, but you can check if you have the option to include the CCDA app in that package. If you have that option, you can include just that and create a self-service package. But it's unlikely as CCDA does not make too much sense if users just have Acrobat.

If you've already added/assigned users in the Admin Console, for self-service you can, ask users to sign in to https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/ and download and install Adobe Acrobat.
